Brando already has a couple of LED video/photo lights, but they’re fairly extreme . This Tiny Cordless LED Light looks much more portable. It packs 76 LEDs and unhelpfully it needs 5 AA batteries, but it would be useful for macro or product shoots, or stick it on the top of your camcorder for a touch of warm light. It even comes with an orange filter to simulate tungsten (incandescent) light and a diffuser. Best of all it won’t get hot. US$39

Not sure what to do with that huge wad of cash lying in your bedroom? You could always splurge it on this Ingo Maurer inspired LED table, and considering that it costs a good $23,175, it should do a fairly good job of reducing your pile of cash. The table sports a laminated safety glass on the top, not to mention 278 white LEDs which can emit light both ways. This LED table is powered by 48 volts DC, so you’ll need to keep it plugged in to stay juiced, and you’ll be able to use the external ballast for dimming. You have to admit, having dinner on a $23k LED table would certainly be an interesting experience, though you’d probably get bored of it real fast.
